INFORMATION
We are pleased to offer a flexible arrival and departure experience based on the prior bookings. Times are arranged individually to ensure the highest level of comfort and privacy. We kindly ask guests to coordinate their preferred arrival and departure details with our team in advance, allowing us to prepare the chalet to our exacting standards.
For the comfort and well-being of all guests, our chalets and all interior spaces are entirely non-smoking. Smoking is respectfully permitted only in designated outdoor areas. Should this policy not be observed, additional cleaning and restoration charges may apply.
We are pleased to welcome pets by prior arrangement. Kindly inform our concierge in advance so we may ensure the most comfortable stay for both you and your companion.
For your security and peace of mind, a valid government-issued photo identification and a credit card are required upon arrival from all guest checking-in.
To maintain the serenity, privacy, and exclusive character of our chalet collection, gatherings, celebrations, or events are kindly limited to those arranged and personally coordinated in advance with our concierge team.
We kindly ask guests to treat the chalet and its furnishings with care. Any damage or loss incurred during the stay may be charged accordingly, ensuring the chalet is restored to its original condition for future guests.
Our private concierge team is at your disposal to arrange bespoke experiences. Third-party services are available at an additional cost, ranging from private chef experiences and exclusive cinema evenings to ski instructors, chauffeurs, laundry services, and special surprises for your loved ones. We are delighted to bring your ideas to life with precision and efficiency.
Please note that no optional reservations are currently being held. To secure the booking, we kindly request credit card details as a guarantee. The card will not be charged, provided that full prepayment is received within the agreed timeframe. Full prepayment via bank transfer is required no later than 21 days prior to arrival, special last minute request per immediately. For international transfers, please note that any bank or currency exchange fees remain the responsibility of the remitting party.
Free cancellation up to 21 days prior to arrival. In case of cancellation, late arrival, early departure, or no-show after this date, we will make every reasonable effort to re-let the chalet. Should the chalet not be rebooked, 100% of the total stay may be charged.
