The ground floor offers two elegantly appointed bedrooms: one with a queen-size bed and one with twin beds, sharing a walk-in closed, designed to provide comfort and tranquility. A bathroom with a rain shower completes this level, complemented by a separate powder room for guests and a lounge area. 


First Floor
The first floor forms the sophisticated heart of the chalet. A fully equipped wooden kitchen seamlessly connects to a historic breakfast room featuring an authentic Speckofen, creating a warm and timeless alpine atmosphere.
The expansive openly designed living area impresses with its unique architecture and wide, custom-made sofas, the fireplace inviting moments of relaxation and conviviality. The refined dining area comfortably accommodates up to 16 guests, ideal for elegant dinners and memorable gatherings.


Second Floor
The upper level is dedicated to the master suite, featuring a spacious en-suite bathroom with both a bathtub and rain shower, as well as a private closet. This floor offers an exclusive retreat with a sense of privacy and indulgence.
